Our Attorneys and Staff have decades of experience handling complex legal matters. We reside in the communities we practice, giving us the opportunity to get to personally know our clients. There is a reason the majority of our clients come back to us; and that we have had the opportunity to represent some families for two or even three generations.

What we do
Some firms are a jack of all trades. Some are a master of one. At Etzweiler and Withers we are a master of our environment. Having grown our practice with the needs of our community.
Our practice is in the nature of a general practice with our main areas being estate planning, estate settlement, and real estate, which includes research, document preparation, title work, and settlements.
Our firm is one of the few in the region that has the specialized knowledge and experience in the various areas of farming and agricultural land.
Our Offices
Your time is important and you shouldn't have to drive an hour just to sit down with an Attorney.
We have offices in Harrisburg, Millersburg, Elizabethville, and Halifax, all in Dauphin County.
We have regular hours in Harrisburg from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday; and evening hours at our Millersburg office on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Our Halifax office is by appointment.
While most of our clients prefer to schedule appointments, walk-ins are always welcome.
